Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist, Escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Communicate directly with customers and vendors to understand concerns and provide solutions
  • Support VIP and enterprise customers by proactively managing their requests and ensuring a seamless experience
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a two-sided marketplace
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume ticket-based workflows
  • Experience working with VIP and enterprise customers
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
