Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve customer queries through various channels, empowering customers to utilize the service effectively
- Drive the Product Feedback program to advocate for software sellers and enhance the service based on user feedback
- Contribute to the development of team resources, identify inefficiencies in support workflows, and escalate critical support issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in online customer support (B2C/B2B), preferably for a SaaS product
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using browser developer tools
- Experience using and testing APIs, as well as providing support for API-related queries
- Comfort with making basic SQL queries
- Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate across different time zones
