Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries through various channels, empowering customers to utilize the service effectively
  • Drive the Product Feedback program to advocate for software sellers and enhance the service based on user feedback
  • Contribute to the development of team resources, identify inefficiencies in support workflows, and escalate critical support issues as needed


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in online customer support (B2C/B2B), preferably for a SaaS product
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using browser developer tools
  • Experience using and testing APIs, as well as providing support for API-related queries
  • Comfort with making basic SQL queries
  • Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate across different time zones
