Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and escalation resource within the support organization
- Assist Customer Support Representatives with live inbound support requests and handle escalated calls with customers
- Review and resolve escalated tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of client issues
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
- 1+ year of experience with the GoHighLevel Product
- Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- 1-3 years of experience in client relations and technical customer support is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills
