Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation resource within the support organization
  • Assist Customer Support Representatives with live inbound support requests and handle escalated calls with customers
  • Review and resolve escalated tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation of client issues


Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
  • 1+ year of experience with the GoHighLevel Product
  • Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
  • 1-3 years of experience in client relations and technical customer support is preferred but not required
  • Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills
