Job Summary
Supporting enterprise customers remotely, the full-time Senior Customer Support Associate will provide consultative solutions through email, chat, and video calls while collaborating with Customer Success teams to enhance product adoption and customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality support to customers through various communication channels and build trusted relationships with high-tier clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and share customer insights, enhancing retention efforts
- Assist with escalated customer issues and mentor new team members during their onboarding process
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization
