Job Summary
Delivering high-quality consultative support, the full-time Senior Customer Support Specialist will resolve complex customer issues related to Brightree's platform while working in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient support for Brightree applications and services
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, including system configuration and product functionality
- Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles and issue logs
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer support or help desk environments
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Experience with SQL and Brightree software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven ability to manage challenging customer situations with professionalism
