Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Senior Customer Support Specialist will assist clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and technical issues while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various communication channels
  • Provide Tier 1 support by resolving standard issues and documenting customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven customer support or client service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
  • Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership preferred
  • Technical support experience is preferred
