Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Senior Customer Support Specialist will assist clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and technical issues while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various communication channels
- Provide Tier 1 support by resolving standard issues and documenting customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven customer support or client service experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
- Experience in title, registration, DMV, or dealership preferred
- Technical support experience is preferred
