Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Senior Customer Support Specialist will resolve HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring effective delivery of services in benefits, payroll, and human resources.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to payroll, benefits, and HR topics through various communication channels
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system and manage open cases to resolution while keeping customers informed
  • Train and support new and existing staff, while communicating process updates and maintaining effective relationships across departments
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required
  • 2+ years of HR or related payroll and benefits experience required
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce
  • Fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
