Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Customer Support Technician in a remote role, the candidate will manage high-priority support cases, conduct advanced troubleshooting, and provide expert guidance to customers and colleagues, preferably from the Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta areas.
Key responsibilities
