Job Summary
Focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving value, the full-time Senior Customer Value Partner will manage client relationships and ensure successful product adoption in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive product engagement
- Lead onboarding processes and training sessions to facilitate successful implementation of services
