Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Clearance Specialist (Vehicles) for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Review and prepare customs documentation for processing and entry releases
Handle inquiries and maintain client database while ensuring compliance with policies
Process B3/CAD entries and correct rejected Canada Customs entries

Required Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in a customs brokerage role, specifically with vehicle processing
Diploma or degree in a related field; business courses are a plus
Experience with CargoWise and CANdata is an asset
CCS designation or other industry-related certification; LCB designation is a plus
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
