Senior Customs Clearance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Clearance Specialist (Vehicles) for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare customs documentation for processing and entry releases
• Handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders through various communication channels
• Process B3/CAD entries and ensure compliance with customs regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customs brokerage role with vehicle processing experience
• Diploma or degree in a related field; post-secondary business courses are a plus
• Experience with CargoWise and CANdata is an asset
• CCS designation or other industry-related certification; LCB designation is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset
