Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. CX Insights Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
  • Translates user requirements into functional specifications and communicates these to developers and stakeholders
  • Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitors IT service levels specified in SLAs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
  • 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Intermediate project management skills
