Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. CX Insights Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathers and validates business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
- Translates user requirements into functional specifications and communicates these to developers and stakeholders
- Plans and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitors IT service levels specified in SLAs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience
- Experience with data processing and knowledge of health care payer business functions
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
- Intermediate project management skills
