Senior CXO Program Manager

Job Summary

As a key operational force multiplier, the full-time Senior CXO Program Manager will partner with the CXO Leadership Team to facilitate strategic planning, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate long-term strategic planning and ensure alignment of the CXO team's roadmap with organizational goals
• Lead high-priority initiatives across multiple CXO portfolios while monitoring operational efficiency and collaboration
• Oversee the goal-setting process and prepare executive-level presentations for business reviews

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, or senior program management roles
• Prior experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or operational environments is preferred
• Ability to navigate complex transformations and drive alignment among senior executives
• Strong command of program management methodologies and strategic planning frameworks
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information
