Senior CXone Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr CXone Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop products and features for Cloud Contact Center platforms
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and resolve bugs identified during QA processes
• Collaborate with team members including Software Engineers and Project Managers in both test and development environments

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience with CXone, particularly in IVR
• Experience with at least one NICE CXone implementation
• Skilled in API integrations with platforms such as Salesforce and Snowflake
• 2 or more years of experience in CXone Studio scripting and IVR scripting (C#, Java)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or engineering preferred
