Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex first-party and third-party cyber claims from first notice through resolution
• Analyze cyber insurance policies to determine accurate coverage positions and handle coverage disputes
• Serve as primary liaison between insureds and various service providers while overseeing vendor performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-7+ years of experience handling complex cyber insurance claims
• Deep technical understanding of cyber security principles and regulatory frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of insurance coverage and contract interpretation
• Valid adjuster license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (J.D.) or relevant advanced designation preferred
