Senior Cyber Incident Response Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Senior Cyber Incident Response Attorney will manage cybersecurity incident responses, oversee breach response work, and interact with senior management at client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
• Draft legal notices and respond to regulatory investigations related to data breaches
• Advise clients on handling cybersecurity incidents from start to finish

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Admission to the Bar in good standing
• 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years focused on data privacy and security
• Strong knowledge of data breach and privacy laws (HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA, etc.)
• IT or technical background is a plus
