Senior Cyber Investigator

Job Summary

To support critical safety incidents, the full-time Senior Cyber Investigator will conduct investigations into cyber abuse, leveraging deep cybersecurity expertise to detect malicious activity and assess threat actor behavior while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Detect and investigate cases of cyber abuse, including ransomware and data extraction incidents
• Conduct organizational-level analysis of threat actor behavior to inform detection strategies
• Handle escalated cases requiring senior technical judgment and document findings for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in areas such as ransomware, scaled data extraction, or offensive security operations
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency for data querying and detection support
• Proven experience conducting organization-level threat actor analysis across large datasets
