Senior Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support a cross-functional development team, the full-time Senior Cyber Security Engineer will manage vulnerability assessments, enhance application security automation, and collaborate with various teams to ensure the highest security standards for product applications and services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support vulnerability management for applications and microservices
• Evaluate and recommend the implementation of application security automation within CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor and analyze alerts and logs from various security platforms

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in application security or similar security roles
• Expertise in cloud environments and development experience in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go)
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and source control technologies
• Exposure to container and CI/CD security (e.g., Kubernetes, GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of common attack vectors and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
