Senior Cyber Security Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple cybersecurity program deliverables, the full-time Senior Cyber Security Program Manager will focus on technical coordination and operational execution while partnering across functional teams to drive planning, execution, adoption, and reporting in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day program management activities for cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment of technical and operational workstreams
• Drive execution across multiple cybersecurity programs to achieve enterprise-wide security improvement objectives
• Develop and maintain program plans, including dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level status reporting

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of program management experience with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-workstream programs
• Strong ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and leadership levels
• Proven experience establishing program KPIs and using data for decision-making and prioritization
• In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies and delivery best practices
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
