Senior Cyber Threat Analyst

Job Summary

Leading cybersecurity incident investigations, the full-time Senior Cyber Threat Analyst will engage with various teams to develop incident response strategies, document findings, and analyze trends in complex data sets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison among engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure effective incident response
• Develop and operationalize incident response runbooks, focusing on automation and effectiveness metrics
• Lead incident response activities, documenting investigations and communicating results to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Unix, mobile) and cybersecurity domains
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity investigation and incident response, including cloud environments
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or patterns
• Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or 10+ years of equivalent experience
• Security certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, GCFA, or GCFE
