Senior Cyber Threat Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a team of cyber threat analysts and engineers, the full-time salaried Senior Cyber Threat Engineer will manage complex technical issues, analyze security events, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the analysis and response to security events from various security data sources within established SLAs
• Configure and manage protection policies for security systems, tuning devices for proactive threat detection
• Act as a mentor and escalation point for junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development

Required qualifications:

• 7 or more years of experience in information security or networking
• Demonstrated fluency in English
• Operational experience as an analyst or senior engineer
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
• Certification in a security-related industry or professional certification is desired
