Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily security operations, including monitoring and incident response
• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders regarding security operations and escalations
• Oversee operational delivery across service teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations or related field
• 2+ years of experience with a broad range of security tools and technologies
• 2+ years of experience with federal and state regulations pertaining to data privacy and security
• Bachelor's degree preferred
