Senior Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the proactive defense of information systems, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will provide expert guidance on cybersecurity operations, incident response, and risk management while working in a hybrid remote environment with occasional on-site presence in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and manage advanced security solutions, optimizing their effectiveness and integration
• Lead and coordinate complex incident response efforts and develop comprehensive incident response plans
• Conduct risk assessments and develop security policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• US citizenship required
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, focusing on security operations and incident response
• Deep expertise in security tools and technologies, including firewalls, SIEM, and EDR
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation tasks
• Must possess at least one relevant certification, such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+
