Senior Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will lead GRC initiatives, maintain risk frameworks, and drive compliance monitoring activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead execution of GRC program initiatives and contribute design input on processes and workflows
• Maintain and operationalize risk registers and control frameworks aligned with regulatory standards
• Drive compliance monitoring activities and recommend updates to security policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field preferred
• A minimum of six years of experience in information security with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance
• Demonstrated experience in building or maturing a GRC function
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of federal and state security and privacy regulatory requirements
