Senior Cybersecurity Attorney

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Senior Cyber Incident Response Attorney will manage incident responses for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, oversee breach response work, and advise clients on handling cybersecurity incidents from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead incident response efforts for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
• Draft legal notices of data breaches and respond to regulatory investigations
• Advise clients on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy laws

Required Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited Law School and Bar admission in good standing
• 8+ years of legal experience, with 5+ years focused on data privacy and security
• Strong knowledge of data breach and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR)
• IT or technical background is a plus
• Some litigation experience is beneficial
