Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity & Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of managers and analysts across multiple accounts
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures
• Manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years working in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST CSF frameworks
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing mid-sized teams
• Strong strategic thinking skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proven ability to work directly with clients in the US
• Experience in a tech company with a focus on cybersecurity
