Senior Cybersecurity Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity & Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate cybersecurity strategy and oversee internal security functions
• Ensure compliance with various cybersecurity frameworks and manage internal audits and documentation
• Lead enterprise security operations and incident response programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity and information security roles
• Direct experience managing internal cybersecurity programs within a government contracting or professional services organization
• Expert-level knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and other relevant cybersecurity requirements
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT
