Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CyberSecurity Engineer - Edge Security / Bot Mitigation (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, tune, and maintain WAF and bot management solutions for web and API platforms
• Analyze threat data to detect and respond to malicious bot activity and application-layer attacks
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure secure deployment of services and improve edge security architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field, or 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with edge security controls
• Expertise in WAF policy design, bot detection, and edge traffic analysis
• Hands-on experience with WAF/bot management integration in CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of web protocols, OWASP threats, and CDN configurations
• Experience in high-availability, high-traffic environments, preferably in retail/e-commerce
