Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design and implement security controls in AWS and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across various domains including AWS, network, and endpoint security
• Develop automation and enforce security policies using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and collaborate with teams for guardrail implementation
• Engineer data pathways for detection enablement and manage vulnerability exposure through risk-based remediation pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in security engineering with experience in production AWS environments
• Domain expertise in at least three areas: network security, endpoint security, email security, data security, vulnerability management, container security, and identity management
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and automation using Python
• Experience with root cause analysis and driving complex projects to completion
• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, and CIS
