Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the security vision and execution for complex cross-product initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will design and implement secure cloud infrastructure, application security, and threat detection capabilities while collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead the security architecture across AWS, focusing on identity, network security, and data protection
• Serve as the primary owner of SOC 2 compliance, overseeing control design, evidence collection, and audit coordination
• Design and implement security controls across the SDLC, partnering with engineering teams to embed security by design

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, or cloud security roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field
• Strong hands-on experience securing production environments in AWS
• Experience with Crowdstrike and executing penetration tests
• Practical experience implementing DAST and SAST tools within CI/CD pipelines
