Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end protection of data, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will architect and harden security infrastructure, manage identity and access systems, and integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, with options for remote work or a hybrid model in Boulder, CO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage identity and access infrastructure, ensuring MFA and zero-trust enforcement across applications
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines and oversee vulnerability scanning and remediation
• Coordinate pen testing engagements and run security awareness training programs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in security engineering or DevSecOps with hands-on experience in pipeline and infrastructure-level security
• Experience with IAM and SSO platforms, particularly Okta and Auth0, and cloud-native identity controls
• Proficiency in embedding security into CI/CD workflows, including SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets management
• Track record of hardening containerized and cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes
• Familiarity with executing PCI compliance technical controls and administering SIEM/XDR and EDR/DLP tooling
