Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cybersecurity measures, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will implement and maintain security solutions, participate in security testing, and assist with incident response activities while working remotely, preferably from San Antonio, TX.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM), security information and event management (SIEM), and infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions
• Configure and maintain security tooling, including vulnerability scanners and endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems
• Conduct security testing and assist in incident response activities to ensure robust cybersecurity practices

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with IAM, SIEM, IaC, and CaC solutions such as Okta, Splunk, and Terraform
• 2+ years of experience with AWS cloud security offerings and automated validations of RMF controls
• Proven experience in software systems development via CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS SCI security clearance
