Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

As a key member of the Managed Security Services team, the full-time Senior Cybersecurity Engineer will design, implement, and enhance deliverables for the Managed Services program while monitoring and maintaining multiple SIEM environments, collaborating with clients to onboard various security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure data sources and log forwarders, creating custom content such as dashboards and alerts
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex client issues, providing technical guidance and support
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their SIEM and Endpoint security programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a cybersecurity engineering role
• 3+ years of experience with SIEM tools like Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel
• Proficiency in handling security data sources and creating SIEM content such as alerts and reports
• 2+ years of experience with next-gen antivirus or endpoint detection and response solutions
