Senior D365 Business Central Consultant
Job Summary
To support client success, the Senior D365 Business Central Consultant will work full-time in a remote, onsite, or hybrid environment, delivering functional and technical services, managing client tickets, and developing tailored solutions to enhance business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services to post-implementation clients
- Triage, monitor, and resolve client tickets while coordinating with other experts for complex issues
- Document work thoroughly and create knowledge management resources to support client onboarding and ongoing needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of ERP consulting experience or 5+ years of private industry ERP experience with 1+ year in consulting
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 Business Central
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of the development process and Business Central ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client requests and shifting priorities effectively
