Senior Data & AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Databricks Senior Data & AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement medallion architecture and scalable data pipelines using Delta Lake and Apache Spark
• Implement and optimize Databricks SQL for enterprise analytics and design data models for reporting and analytics
• Build production AI solutions on the Databricks platform and serve as a technical resource for practice building and client delivery

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable mastery of Databricks, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT, and Spark
• Experience in building pipelines and designing Lakehouse architectures in production environments
• Hands-on experience with AI integration and deploying AI-powered solutions using Databricks
• Experience in consulting or professional services with a focus on client communication and delivery
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and adjacent data technologies like Snowflake or Salesforce Data Cloud
