Senior Data Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support analytical data needs for the assigned business unit and handle complex data requests
• Manage cross-functional activities related to large-scale analytic projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Develop and lead activities to achieve strategic department goals and communicate these to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• People leadership and mentoring experience strongly preferred
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills strongly preferred
• Understanding of health insurance business and related procedures is strongly preferred
