Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst (CTM).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to commercial and product leaders, supporting financial performance improvements and growth opportunities
• Document current commercial processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
• Build and manage an analytics team for the CTM business unit, focusing on hiring and developing talent

Required Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in analytics
• Proven experience in team management and mentoring
• Advanced level of SQL proficiency and understanding of database structures
• Experience with BI tools, particularly Tableau, for data visualization and analysis
• High level of proficiency in Python and knowledge of statistical methods
