Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the data analysis function in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will aggregate data from multiple sources, collaborate with executives, and enhance reporting processes using AI tools while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Aggregate and reconcile data from various sources into a single authoritative view
• Collaborate with the CEO and client teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations
• Design and maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards for consistent intelligence delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience in financial services, particularly with mutual funds or related investment products
• Advanced proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools, especially Excel/Power Query; Python, SQL, or R preferred
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize multi-source data into executive-ready deliverables under tight deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools for data workflows, reporting automation, or process improvement
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a time-sensitive environment
