Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Leading data-driven initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making, working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data analysis and insights generation within assigned domains to align with organizational goals
• Acquire, validate, and analyze data from various repositories using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Power BI
• Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (master's preferred)
• At least five years of experience in data management, analysis, governance, or reporting, with three years in healthcare data
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis software including R, Python, and Power BI
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
