Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert in Provider Network Operations, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will train new hires, support analysts with complex inquiries, and ensure accurate processing of provider data in a fully remote capacity for candidates residing in Michigan.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for Provider Network Operations processes, managing provider data and enrollment files
• Train new hires and provide ongoing education to ensure team readiness for changes in business requirements and processes
• Oversee the processing of complex provider data files while maintaining compliance and data integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or healthcare operations, particularly in provider network operations
• Experience with provider enrollment processes and developing reports from complex datasets
• Familiarity with Facets or similar healthcare administration platforms
• Managed care or healthcare experience preferred
