Job Summary
Leading data strategy and product development, the full-time Senior Data and Product Analyst will drive complex analyses and manage Salesforce solutions remotely while collaborating with program teams and external stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable data infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the organization's data strategy, including data architecture and governance policies
- Perform advanced analyses on multi-source datasets and develop automated data pipelines
- Own the product lifecycle for Salesforce enhancements, managing a complex product backlog
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, or a related field, preferably in the nonprofit sector
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or advanced Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with the ability to design complex CRM solutions
