Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic, data-driven thought partner to the Customer Success leadership team
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators related to customer success
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer success, operations, or service analytics in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis and visualization
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or other Customer Success platforms
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics platforms and tooling
