Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis and collaborate with internal customers to understand their requirements
• Provide analytics and reporting for contact center operations and present findings to leadership
• Focus on automation and data validation to improve efficiencies and reduce waste

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or
• Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years analytical work experience
