Key Responsibilities

Conduct analysis and produce reports for HEDIS/Star performance metrics
Collaborate with teams to identify trends and improve healthcare analytics
Develop dashboards and visualizations for stakeholder engagement and decision-making

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or higher
3+ years of experience in writing requirements and performing system analysis
3+ years of SQL experience and major software systems implementation
4+ years of combined experience in analysis, development, and UAT
