Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support management with HEDIS Retrospective data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct analysis, reviews, and forecasting to support HEDIS/Star Performance rating efforts
Manage testing processes, including defect identification and resolution
Develop stakeholder dashboards and data visualizations to assist in decision-making

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
4+ years of experience in analysis, development, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
3+ years of experience in writing requirements and performing system analysis
3+ years of experience in SQL and major software systems implementation
Preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
