Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support health quality initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manipulate data using tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to provide actionable insights
• Develop reporting and data visualizations to support strategies for achieving 4+ Star goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 4+ years of experience in Health Care Analytics
• 4+ years of experience with database tools such as SQL or SAS
• 3+ years of experience with analytics/visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• 1+ year of experience working with HEDIS, Pharmacy, or Medicare Star Ratings
