Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their People Insights, Technology & Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and presentations for ad hoc requests and initiatives
• Mine, analyze, and report data findings to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance data offerings and ensure data governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Intermediate experience with HR COEs data and analytics
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation of large datasets
• Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and static delivery tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel)
• Foundational experience with inferential statistics (e.g., A/B testing, regression)
