Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their Insights and Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex quantitative analyses to assess product launches and strategic opportunities, delivering data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas where data can optimize workflows and inform key initiatives
• Synthesize internal and external data sources to generate actionable strategies that enhance customer experiences and support growth

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in e-commerce or customer-centric businesses
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large, multi-source datasets
• Hands-on experience with Python or R, and familiarity with data visualization platforms like Looker or Tableau
• Experience with modern data stack tools such as DBT or Snowflake is a plus
