Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support its Insurance Sales, Service, and Operations teams through data analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish data analytics processes and performance metrics to support leadership in achieving objectives
• Analyze and report data related to sales, service effectiveness, and project performance
• Advocate for data analytics practices and implement analytics tools and frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 4 years of experience in an analytics or technical project management environment
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, R, Tableau, PowerBI, Python, or Google Analytics
• Ability to conduct in-depth analyses and summarize findings for diverse audiences
• Experience in developing reports and presentations to communicate data analysis results
