Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a senior data analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analysis and collaborate with internal customers to understand their requirements
• Provide analytics and reporting for contact center operations, focusing on automation and data validation
• Present findings to leadership and implement solutions to complex business questions

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with three years of experience
• Strong proficiency in SAS and SQL
• Experience maintaining Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards
• Ability to lead/manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting contracts for compliance
